I had great problem with accent actually... combined with very confusing explanation and talking to much about unnecessarily at the beginning.....so much that I could not follow what he was saying and had to give up

If you're on a newer Samsung device, the recent update made it so that the factory file explorer app now has a built-in trash setting that store your deleted files until you confirm their deletion.

Should be a Manuel way to delete the trash. I am computer stupid so half of what he said makes no sense to me. Put out info for the laymen phone users so we can figure it out

How come when I delete something it says move to bin then? And I do get messages after awhile that it is full and the item will be permanently deleted.

I have an Android phone and I also have an ad card. How do I move things from the storage to sd card.

When you say choose a particular app I don't see the one I want or know which one it is. I'm trying to permanently delete photos and videos.

My LG device claims to have 16 GB storage. I deleted or deactivated (if delete was not an option) many pre loaded apps. I only added few new apps over thexfirst few months I had the device. These apps altogether require less than 2 GB. Even with my photos (not many) and dounloaded .pdf .jpg files etc. I think it is still close to 2 GB but it clams to be 100% full!#%/*@$!. When I clear the cache from settings, it only goes down to 99.5% full, and now I have to do that multiple times every day to do anything. It CANNOT BE FILES OR APPS THAT I AM DELIBERATELY KEEPING, but that is what most cleaning tips/hacks focus on. I need the stuff cleaned that I never asked for or maybe stuff I deleted but isn't really deleted. So hard to get the straight solutions to this issue.

You still didn't say how to get rid of Trash on the Android.... You chose how to trash other things but it's still on the phone. I want to get it off the phone and you did not show that

On my phone I have photos that say " cannot open currupted file" or something similar. I've been trying to fix this for weeks but can't. I can't reset my phone because of forgotten passwords. I need to give rid of these corrupted files but it won't let me delete them. I'm full on panicking.

I spent over an hour earlier today with different Microsoft help sites trying to find out how to assign an app called "movies and TV" which opens all my other MP4 files. I already have the app and I just can't figure out how to get it on the list that they offer you when it asks " open up with". Hi .. I have recorded some screen video for a game in Samsung S8, using app AZ Screen Recorder .. Then, I deleted all of them, but still storage showing same exact occupied storage.. I tried everything to clear apps cash, free Recycle bin, free apps data and cash one by one, use some app for cleaning, using phone storage manager, show hidden files, etc .. but still storage is low .. Then you need to get rid of things. Not just cache but apps and downloaded files and photos. The files and photos can be moved to another device or online storage, aka The Cloud.

This is worse than useless. Its wrong. Androids do have a dedicated Trash bin. Its how to empty the Trash permanently but only in part that I need. My dumped images reappear on a Images grid, but it doesn't always come up when I select Images.

You don't even show WHAT to click on to find downloaded files. You go immediately into the LIST of downloaded files. Before you make a video showing how to do something, I strongly suggest you have someone sitting NEXT to you, telling you to STOP ! SHOW US WHAT YOU ARE CLICKING ON, BEFORE YOU GO TO THE NEXT STEP !!!! 😕😓😓😓😓
