When someone moves on very quickly it’s usually done from a place of trauma & they haven’t healed from the breakup. They do so to avoid dealing with the feelings of a breakup, but eventually the feelings catch up to them and comes flooding to the surface & manifests in numerous ways. . So they are just dragging someone else into their mess & hurt. I know it’s hurtful to wonder why they moved on so fast, but the more you focus on your own healing eventually you get to a place where you’re healthier & in some cases, you end up feeling pitty towards your ex. It’s a classic “hurt people hurt people”.

It’s never a good thing when an ex moves into a full blown relationship fast. Fast in terms of time is anything under 6-months to a year. A healthy person will isolate themselves, reflect and if possible, get therapy to help ensure the healing process yields a successful outcome. Hurt people absolutely hurt people.

I believe from my experience that when your ex finds a new person, the fact of the matter is, that person was there all the time anyway and your ex is basically using them because initially the two of you were in a situationship all along and now the new supply is the new situationship. So my fam rejoice in the moment because in high sight God has done for you what you could not do for yourself. Heal & Move on too what’s for you!!!!💯💪🏽

Well, I have to say that is amazing that you were able to find the self awareness and do the work. I am working on detachment right now because my ex Will not see her part. three weeks out of me being the love of her life, she was In bed with somebody else. How's me questioning what I really meant After eleven years of showing up to try to make it work. Not only doing the work in therapy through books through accountability But also trying to research and get educated on her attachment. Her trauma to try to better communicate, just to end up with her leaving And suddenly she doesn't suffer from her bipolar anymore. Her depression anymore, her anxiousness or anxiety. It must have been all me. I'm happy for your happy ending. But it's back to therapy for me.

I feel ya! Same exact thing happened to me, after he claimed to love me he was back on the dating sites and with someone within a few weeks. He even came back to tell me that just to hurt me. What I had to remember and hopefully it’ll help you too, the person they’re with isn’t getting a prize. In fact that rebound person is most likely being used to get over ppl like us. In that little bit of time there’s no way any self reflection or actual healing or transformation took place, so they’re literally the exact same person with more baggage trying again. Seems pretty silly. Hurts to see, I know but those of us who are strong enough to process the pain without jumping to a rebound are the actual winners. Nobody can heal like Jesus. I pray you heal quickly and that your pain eases quickly as well.

Well I guess almost same here...but in my case...i was the one working..well i was a student 2nd yr of degree it was during covid when i met her, we both got close to eachother, fell for eachother she wanted to meet and we had some future plans together like marry travel and made lot promises "infact she used to say that i never leave her" , we used to be on calls, video calls for 24 hrs literally gave alot time to her we were there for eachother she did the same she helped me alot mentally and emotionally we literally talked abt everything, i also used to tell her that "there will be people and times that won't be in our favour and i want you to stay strong and trust me coz i won't leave you" tbh i really wanted to take care of her look after her uno... but yeah covid got over, i was in my final year i had to work hard clear my exams.. focus on to do something so that i can get to her and meet and work on our plans and dream...well didn't get enough quality time as i used to with her b4, tho i would update what im upto and ofcourse ask abt her health made calls during nights make her laugh feel loved and do as much as i can... yeah sometimes i would feel low too she never was trying to help or understand me, she was possesive or attention grabber in which i wasn't able to pay attention to her at those days , but yeah i had hope & it was her...and she got fed up said i dont give enough time to her i wasn't there much as i used , i don't make her feel loved, she cutted herself (ik she was lying) says i used her 😂🤚🏻(like frl & how), she wants to breakup, even tho i explained her and she knows what i was going through like it was strange to see her change all of a sudden , she asked for space alot of things ik of her were just changed but anyways i tried not to contact her but failed kept messaging her calling her begged her to come back i was worried abt her, she said we broke up (from her side and i didn't even agree and i told her)...but yeah i found out she was talking to some other dude, just coz he spent more time with her and i was working hard for her for us...and shattered the hell out of me, no trust , no loyalty, disbelief heartbroken crying, all the promises.. she started say "our relationship was shit", "he is a better man than you" and even tho i satisfied sexually her, i started to Shake lot of grief and i am still going through it ..and as soon as we officially broke up the hour she went to this new dude... we were together for almost 3 years....we were in LDR was going to meet her this month Dec 2022 but 2 days b4 booking the flight this happend... and yeah she in LDR too with her new partner....it was love not a casual realtionship she knew it but she still went to him, sometimes i can't accept the fact that she is gone, i miss her, i immensely loved her alot....im really low and help?

Thank you Stephan! My ex and I have been broken up for 2 months now and that first month was one of the most difficult times but then I started getting better each and every day but deep down I had hope we would reconcile but she just got into another relationship about a week week and a half ago and it definitely set me back. I'm just like wow I loved her so much and she just quit on us so quick and seemed so easy for her but yet she was always worried that I would leave. Now I'm thinking wow you moved on that quick? Like we were nothing yet we were together for over a year and we were so close it just eats at me man like how? Why? Why wasn't I good enough to fight for? This video has helped me so much man I appreciate it! I'll be fine I know I will but it still hurts like hell. One day she'll realize she threw away a treasure and she will never get it back. Just in the comments alone I see that there are a lot of great women who love as hard as I do.

I think it is easier to get over someone when things are amicable, when there hasnt been any cheating and when I keep in touch with the person. I struggle the most when they disappear from my life and/or when I doubt the feelings or the honesty of the other person towards me, almost like I’ve lived a lie. It is important to me to know that what they felt for me was real, what we lived was real and beautiful but it just came to an end, then thinking ‘he’s not worthy it, I deserve better’. This hurts me more. So I sometimes have to comfort myself and believe that they are suffering as much as I am and that everything we lived was beautiful and real so that I can move on in peace.

I love that you're comforting yourself with an amicable relationship afterwards but don't let that cloud your belief system because if he wanted to be with you in that way he would. If he wanted to love you and valued you over anyone else he would pursue you. If he doesn't care he could very well be a narcissist and just want you in their life to continue feeding their ego without having to give you what YOU need. Don't take his breadcrumb scraps just to be his "friend". You can be friends with the mailman, etc. Don't give him your energy or sweet love that he purposefully discarded. You are worthy but this personality disorder doesn't care. They just need something new to spike their internal/eternal emptiness. Walk away and give your heart and soul to someone who is worthy and won't take you for granted. People are spiritual energy to exchange that positivity through mutual love. They are not stepping stones to take all they have and then crumple them up and throw them away when they're bored or done giving what little love they actual have. They're empty and will always be. Know you're better and better off! ❤️‍🩹❤

What helps me get through those very tough moments is the reality. It didn't work out and he moved on because he found his mate. I truly believe there is someone for everyone and perhaps there is a genuine connection. You can't change who's not meant for you. As long as your honest and tried to resolve the problems with your love that's all you can do. You can't change how someone feels about you just how you handle your feelings. I look at a break up as a learning experience on the areas that I need to improve and what was lacking in the relationship for me. Also what clues did my ex give me that I can fix? You can't find who you're meant to be with holding on to someone that wasn't meant for you.

The lurking on the pages once it is over can cause more pain and prolong the healing process. It is best to send love, light, and pray that they find happiness. I hope the ex would reciprocate the same energy to their partner that they are in separation with. If you really care about someone, you want what’s best for them, even if that means setting them free so that they can find true happiness elsewhere. Stephan, we appreciate this and you. ❣

It honestly messed with me for YEARS, feeling worthless and not good enough because he was happy and moved on so quickly. I always wondered if he ever truly did love me for dropping me like that and I hit depression for a while. Like I mentioned 11 years later, he’s now married and he has 2 kids with that same woman he left me for, and he STILL hits me up. He definitely portrays this good husband, good man, and happy marriage on social media, but definitely not true the fact that he still misses me. Unexplainable at this point but it made me realize what a POS he is. I dodged a bullet forsure. New sub and thank u for this!

@@n26c88I dated a guy for 3 months.. my first time ever being in love. He came out of an 3.5 year relationship and actually wanted to marry that girl but it didnt work out. Four months after they broke up we got in touch but he said it was too early for him. I understood but also made clear that I dont want to continue talking if he's not ready yet. When I suggested more space between he reached out to me and told me he really wants this and felt like he actually was ready and didnt want to hang in the past as he did. So.. we eventually started dating. During our relationship I noticed that he was a bit blocked. He never showed any affection in public like holding my hand (because of a bullying trauma so he didnt want to put the attention on him/us when were outside). He also didnt want any photos of us together on social media. He eventually confessed that he didnt process the whole break up with his ex and I ended the relationship. How can I be with someone who doesnt show me they are in it 100% and still hung up on their ex? He never stopped me.. he even said that he wanted to go to therapy and all. He also said he was worried about what emotions will come out when he takes time to heal. I felt bad for him. But.. 7 months after out break up he MARRIED someone else (not even his ex). I was shocked and felt betrayed. Now I see pictures of him being affectionate with his wife and showing it all on social media. Eventhough I dont want him back. it hurts my heart seeing that. I guess I was the rebound then? I made the right decision... his actions show it all. Dont ever settle for someone who cant be fully yours. You deserve better❤

Maybe 15 minutes of conversations and a few texts over the next 18 months. I filed for divorce in November of 2020. The divorce was finalized in January 2021. A friend checked his social media a couple of months later, and he was already REMARRIED!!! Praying desperately and seeking God diligently for healing. 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 there have been miraculous healings in major childhood wounds and traumas. Still fasting from seeking a “romantic “ relationship for awhile longer. But now I’m on God’s 500 foot ladder! Thank God for you Stephan! Much love, A.

I was the one who broke up because things could not move forward with the patterns that were at play (from both of us) he was being deceitful post break up and that really hurt. I have come to the realization that it really is more than just this relationship but many over the years. I also believe that weak people move on quickly because it’s too hard to really do the work. I don’t want a weak person to share my life with. I also see my part in the break down of the relationship. I had hoped that he was really being honest and doing the work. He wasn’t. I should not at all be surprised as the relationship was filled with disappointment after disappointment. Heal, learn and move on! ❤️

My wife filed for divorce in October, we'd not been getting on for a while. 4 weeks later and she's seeing another guy, spending nights at his house and after 3 months she even stayed the night at his house with our son! Words can't describe how hurt and disappointed I am with her. Struggling to get through this shit show, esp when I know I've got months of this left before the divorce is final. Trying to stay strong for my son's sake. Appreciate the videos my man.

This is very good advice! I was listening to some other videos and saw this one and was interested in what advice that you are giving. I experienced this years ago and I broke it off with him because someone was interested in him and he didn’t seem to mind the attention and I noticed he was hanging out more after church. And I had a gut feeling that their was someone else that was peaking his interest. He didn’t tell me what his concerns were while we were together to me and we could have ended. And moved on our separate ways. But when I broke it off, I was tired in trying with someone that didn’t want me and it is okay. he and I were different then and I am different now. But God had to show me some things. When we at times think we failed in life wether it was my fault, his or both- you can’t look at it that way. Because there is ALWAYS a lesson in the temporary pain. And I am a different/better woman because of the lessons I have faced with God’s help. And failure is just pushing us to want we really desire, deserve, and worth having, because we are worthy! I Am excited where my life is taking me. This wasn’t overnight either, lol. But those that going through, keep pushing, keep loving on yourself! Listen and read uplifting things, get a mentor, and forgive yourself. Work on you, you know? Find ways to help others -at times that take your mind off of your worries when you help others. The lessons come to you unexpectedly. Keep your head up because it’s only gonna get better! 💔❤️‍🩹❤️💜💗💖 I am now going to finish listening 🙂
