How to Embrace the Unknown and Find Happiness with Dr. Deepak Chopra

In this thought-provoking episode, Melissa engages in a deep conversation with renowned doctor, author, and well-being icon, Dr. Deepak Chopra, who offers powerful wisdom on the pursuit of genuine happiness. Deepak discusses our tendency to cling to the known while fearing the unknown, likening the unknown to an infinite realm of creativity and possibility. He advocates for surrendering to life's mysteries, embracing curiosity, and finding joy in the simple act of living, much like children do. Deepak highlights the five imprisoning illusions and how they can lead to conflicts and unhappiness when we hold onto them. Listen in to learn how to shed these illusions and adopt a more playful and curious approach to life in order to unlock true happiness and harmony.

What a gem of an interview. I listen to Deepak daily and have read many of his books, but to hear his current views summarized in such easy to understand detail was a gift. I have never heard of Melissa but she did a great interview and you can tell she understands and respects his greatness.

Metaphorically speaking. Our attempts to explain what can be unexplainable at times, can fall short… so seems to be the case here when “angels” are mentioned 😇🪽👼…. Two beautiful Souls sharing there heartfelt wisdom here… reminds me of a Angel

Melissa I can relate to this spiritual exploration you have been on. It is a heartbreaking, heart opening on-going journey. Something that really stuck with me was when you had your partner Noah on and he made a comment that this is just your job and not who you are. He couldn't have been more wrong, this is moving with your heart which takes courage. I deeply appreciate what you are doing. Much love to you..

Seize the moments , because know that we are all fragile , you can die in traffic on the road a truck can hit you , or a deadly fall from your stairs at home , or you can die even in your sleep , etcetera ... Enjoy calmly , keep calm and carry on ... Life and death is a mystery , accept it . Live your life . There is no now , there is continuity ...

I know Deepak Ji didnt say it intentionally, it just came out as an example but I would request him to be a bit considerate while taking any country’s name. I am from Bangladesh, and it didnt feel good when Deepak Ji said “Gutter of Bangladesh”. I will humbly invite Deepak Ji to visit Bangladesh and see things with open mind hence will realize its more than just “Gutter”. :) Anyways, I enjoyed the conversation and my thought process is in line with the things which were discussed and helped me to reassure a few things. Thanks!

Hi❣️ I welcome your responding question & appreciate the inquiry. This prompted me to review the vid again so I could reach back to discover my reasoning for writing the response I shared. I enjoyed this so much more after watching it again. So I honestly think that my referencing “Angels” was a nice & fun way of illustrating these two individuals here sharing such a splendid conversation with a “message” of love being shared to all who will receive it. The “dancing” reference was my take on how it appeared to me to witness the subtle inner play between Deepak & The Lovely Host Melissa.. I hope this answers your inquiry as I welcome your question as a opportunity to dance as well 💃🏻🕺🏽😊❤🙏🏽

No time going to order and no calmness coming going to chaos. Longevity can have order in the chaos and chaos in the order. No time and using order and no calmness and within chaos. One could think god did not create the universe to understand gods story about before god created the universe were in and eventually things before god was born, or god did not create this universe but lived in it since before it or since only after. Shiva we are so interested! Wonder in the path of emotion is properly wealthy.

"Vanity is not good " . These words are in every religious book . Vanity leads to arrogance . Arrogance leads to conflicts . Why do people wear make up masks on their face ? Why long beards ? Why long hair ? Why jewelry ? Women and men should not wear long hair , long hair hangs just in the way , long hair does not have a practical purpose , it is all vanity arrogance narcisism . We all should have short hair , we do it to ourselves with a little handmachine (tandeuse machine in French) , hairdressers/barbers that profession should not exist .
