Loved this episode so much! Such a beautiful conversation between the three of you. I would love an episode to cover all things friendship - how do we take up hard conversation with a friend (how they treat us, how we want them to show up for us etc), how do you know when it's time to end a friendship and how do you go about that etc. There is so much discussion on how to sustain a love relationship but not as much of friendships. Would love to hear your take on with a guest or as a solo episode!

attaching joy to certain foods to allow yourself to eat them is not healthy. Just want to gently remind the folks here to be careful with that language....

I don't think you should jump to accutane right away - totally agree and support that sentiment. Although, I will say for some - myself included - finally deciding to take accutane ended up saving my life and I do wish I'd started sooner. Everyone needs to follow their own path with skin and combining accutane with a healthy, nourishing diet can be a powerful combination for those that have tried 'all the other options'. I just don't think it is fair to demonize accutane because it has worked for many people,, even if it hasn't for some.

I first heard about Melissa thanks to a Sakara Level II Detox where they recommended Melissa's "softer" workouts. The impact the three of you have had on my life is beyond words. Thanks to the Sakara meals I've learnt how to eat the proper plant-based foods in terms of amount, quality and types of food. I only live in the USA for half of the year, and Sakara is truly one of the things I miss the most when I'm away! I had bad, persistent acne for 10 years. It was only when I stopped eating red meat (which I have issues digesting) that my skin cleared up. Thank you for all you do, Melissa, Whitney & Danielle <3
