    Oikos pro has 25 grams I mix that with protein powder = 50 grams. Safecatch tuna has 43 grams protein cans. I get to 100 by noon every day off that. Hard boiled eggs for snacks.

    I like ratio Greek yogurt, cause they have a high protein one with 28g’s of it. But I’ll try out Oikos!

    Great video, only thing that sucks for me (not really) is I’m trying to stay away from processed foods and fast foods. I’ve been eating clean the past couple of weeks, but the sweetness craving is starting to get to me.

    I lost 18 kgs / 39 lbs doing OMAD. NEAT, with resistance training WHICH IS MUST and no specific cardio was done. It worked for me - but there is no guarantee it would work for anyone else. When tracked which was rare - my intake comprised of 60% fat and 20% each from carbs and Protein. --- Freeze cottage cheese for a max of 2 hours. It whisks up easy - so no lumpy bits. Add to that what you desire - whey cheaper than a Ninja Ice cream maker and quicker.
