ES1 LED/LCD blinking when charging, what does it mean? I'm charging my ES1 but when after a while on "99" it started blinking the battery symbol and the 5 battery indicators blinking the lights on and off (not dimming up/down like it did when I plugged in). The charger was green but blinking yellow, now it seems to be a steady green. Does this mean it has finished charging or what...? Will it help to reset?

@@JamesAngeloTV When it’s full it won’t turn off it’s just blinking all the 5 bars at the same time and it’s a yellow light on the charging brick, I remembered before it just goes on automatically and turning itself off after a while when it’s full.

Hello James! Could you help me?! I would like to use some of your experience with Segways since I´m a noob. :) I just bought an used NineBot ES2 with 2.000 km history. Have been using it for 4 days and yesterday I was recharging it after a 6km trip, at 65%, and I got to know that I should ask the previus owner to unbind it from his account in order to let me bind it to my brand new Segway account. After get it done I changed the old device name to a new one and the app crashed while "loading screen " and the device display turned off and now it´s dead. :( The current status is: I plug the recharger, nothing happens on display and rear red light get blinking in a 2sec interval. I press Turn On button, same as above. If I press and hold Turn On button for a few seconds, the rear red light turn off and stop. I have tried hard reset, holding break and accelerator for 5 secs and then tap Turn-On button. Nothing happen. I don´t know what else could I do.

I scene in a forum not to download new updated firmware and to keep the custom firmware on the rentals. So I'm wondering if the new firmware is updated on the scooter. I bought a second-hand scotter ES2 ninebot already hacked (I did not need to use an app) and it worked very well until my daughter caught it, I don't know what it did but it returned to the factory speed max. 17 km. later I tried to hack it again and I did it but now the scooter when I turn it on the back wheel locks and it cannot move, when it is turned off it moves normally. Since I have never used the app before, I downloaded it, I registered and it asked for an update, I don't know if I should update it or not? I don't know if after updating it I can unlock it or would the previous owner have to do it? Or can I reset it, put it in the factory, update the application and test if it unlocks me? or what should i do? can you help me in some way? pleassseeee

Same issues with my scooter i couldnt switch it off and the hub is on breakmode if i push you will feel motor stopping to rotate

Hey James, I bought one of this ES1 from Facebook market here in Canada. But when I got home I realize he didn't unbind the scooter. If I do this will it remove this unbind when I go back into the app. He took the add down already and I cant reach him.

if anybody can help me I would greatly appreciate it but unfortunately after scrolling through the comments I think I'm going to be sol! but it's worth a shot, on my ES4 I started receiving a error code 42 and after going to this channel I learned how to get rid of it and it worked fine for a little while anyway. then I started receiving an error code 48 and I did what everybody said to do and nothing has worked! and I've also noticed after going on to the Segway app after clicking on battery it only shows one battery information as to where it used to show too so obviously it's not reading the external battery anymore. if somebody could please help me I would greatly appreciate it. by the way good video however am I tripping or did you do the same exact thing twice on the reset lol?

if the external batt in not reading by app you need to clean the male and female port and then make it tight using cable ties

Man i have the same exact problem!! and another thing I noticed and I bet you are the same experience, if you go on the app and click on the battery I bet you you're only going to see one battery! mine only shows one battery as to where it used to show too! so my guess is that it's not reading the exterior battery at all. and I don't know how to fix it and I'm going nuts.

@@JA-dp7zm yes that the reason why your speed is decreased but im not sure if you reboot it will return to 27kmph other wise buy external batt

dahil yan sa pag update sa app base sa manual 25kmph tlga. kahit yung sakin es4 from 33 naging 31kmph or other possibilities humihina battery

Sir nag try po ako nitong sinabi nyo kaso di ko parin po makonek sa app sakin hinihingi password after ko po hack ung speed pero wala naman po akong nilagay na password gusto ko sana makonek sa segway app ung aking es2 sana matulungan nyo po ako paano maalis ung password

kapag hinack mu nmn kxe bro wala nmn inaask n password. subukan nyu po gumamit ng ibang app yung old version ng segway app

i tried hacking my segway ninebot e45 but then when i turned it on the back wheel just instant locked so i dont know if i can go faster on my scooter

I have a problem with my Ninebot KickScooter the bluetooth symbol doesn’t flash and it seems like bluetooth isn’t activated on my scooter, even after trying this tutorial multiple times. I really want to use the app is there any way you could help.
