Generally speaking, in the military, two groups of people have the nicest looking vehicles. The Colonel's and above, and the E-1's to E-4's that are single and living in the dorms.

I can't imagine going 130mph in anything remotely shaped like a jeep wrangler. Terrifying.

From personal experience it feels like you are taking off in a rocket ship, everything shakes and vibrates. I would not recommend

11:28 You'll never understand. Marine isn't just a Title, it's a Mind-set... I've seen weirder stuff than this, with even worse reasoning than this before during my time. Don't try to understand unless you thoroughly enjoy the taste of Crayons 🎉 Also, Barracks Marines can save up Mad money, so if he'd been living there for 3 years it's entirely possible. If you live in the Barracks, you can get by without paying a single dollar of your own money. And when you're out in the field or on deployment, you can't really spend it, so you come home with multiple months of Pay-Checks that got deposited while you were away. For example... as an "Affordable Option" I decided to buy a Dodge Charger Daytona Edition instead of a Hellcat when I Turned 21. 😅

the struggle is real

for me it was smoking pot. I mean as an E-2 I thought I was pretty squared away considering two different master sergeants approached me about transferring to their unit. And I spent a lot of my time doing the actual work of a lieutenant; who regularly presented work he tasked me with as his own. Too bad I smoked pot so apparently nothing I did mattered. Now I wouldn't show up if drafted unless a communist army arrived at our shore. The east coast, specifically.

I served for 21 years. When i was young i loved to drive on leave so that part checks out. The vehikce and such then add the 10K cash bond, something doesn't add up.

My '88 jeep comanche regularly does 135 no issues and no death wobble. Touring tires rated for 160mph and some polyurethane bushings will make a huge difference.

Not commenting on this specific incident. Seen so many different situations, from side gigs or a trustafarian, to having a sugar momma. A barely 20 was driving a new IROC, loaded in 89, parents bought it for him. Knew fellas who had PT Civ jobs off base. I was on a Team/Crew for a show truck and took leave to attend events. Knew a few fellas who had sugar mommas, one young dude hooked up with rich elderly women... like in diapers elderly. But, at least one put him in the Will, and from what I remember, that's all it took for him to secure a comfortable future; to each their own.

He may have gotten a sign on bonus depending on his career or he saved mad money on deployment or barracks living as noted below. It’s possible but I think something is weird here. Agreed he must have a side gig

I've seen young submariner sailors in Maseratis driving on the naval stations. Sea pay must be good.

Can't let the kid go? He's a Marine! A stupid Marine, but a Marine none the less. We can't get anybody to serve these days and their gonna charge him and ruin his life. Nice going guys. Just take the cash and sneakers and clothes and let him go. Trying to get 3 flat tires fixed in the middle of the night, plus the "fines" will be punishment enough - that is until he finally makes it back to base.

how do I request pac "heaven ain't hard to find" also, alot of his songs were remixed after his death. if you search the "og" of tge song you'll find tge actual original. the originals compared to what they put out after his death will blow your fucking mind. specifically the ones Eminem fucked up on the Better Dayz album.
