is there a way to use a Slide Master / Design you already have in another PowerPoint File that is NOT one of Microsoft's designs that is suggested automatically? Or is it necessary to cut and past data into the other PPT file (after duplicating it)?

It's how the ai see it. You will get different results. The text it misses I normally just add it as a note in PowerPoint

My Microsoft 365 doesn't support Word export to PowerPoint. I'm on a iMac. I read below you need a subscription but I do pay yearly for this so I'm confused. Thanks for the help

Sorry to hear this. I think it's only available on Work or School accounts in Microsoft 365.

Duh! Did not work for me - no option to convert to PDF

Good question - Depends on what version of PowerPoint you have. There is a designer option in the latest version, which will suggest layouts. You will need to copy the text from Word though. I will see if there are any other ways.

To be fair I did it in mine came up as a total mess. Each slide has a different design and I couldn't seem to change it and the wording wasn't even in order so any advice would be welcome?

Hi Christy, Sorry to hear this. The slides shouldn't have different designs, not sure what happened there. The text needs to be separated by headings and styled. If you want me to take a look, my email is in the description of this video.

My word does not provide me with that option.
