almost lost me there with the standard deduction but i was able to look it up. great stuff. but i dont know how risky dividend stocks are. for those tax savings it might be worth the risk.
How would you know if the dividend is qualified or not? any stock> I know you said REITs are not-qualified. But what about the rest?
Interesting topic shared, wonder how sunset 2026 laws will change this but also how it compares to the 4% rule. Please make a video going more in depth on the calculations. For example, with a 5% div yield you would need 2mil in a stock for a $100k yearly.
