HOW TO DRAW REALISTIC BLONDE HAIR | Colored Pencil Tutorial
ANOTHER COLORED PENCIL TUTORIAL, finally! In this tutorial I go over how to draw realistic blonde hair with colored pencils. More specifically, I am giving tips on how you can learn to draw ash blonde hair! But many of the tips in this tutorial will work for any type of hair you are drawing :)

I feel like crying, i literally just gave up on trying to achieve this exact colour hair after many attempts at layering cream, beige and warm grey and i’ve already started to change the colour to brunette, what a sucker punch to the gut after months of work.

Don't give up, its normal to experiment a bit with color mixing before you get a color the way you want!💙my first times trying blonde hair would turn yellow or even grey. For some reason, blonde hair can be much more difficult than brunette!

@@AlexisCassandraArt thanks for the advice, i spent so long on the face that i really wanted to get the hair right so it’s annoying. I might try to erase some of the colouring i’ve done and maybe use a texture spray to add some extra tooth and go back over it trying blonde again. Do you have any experience with texture sprays?
