The fact hes drawing all of this with a permanent marker not only shows the lines, but truly flexes his years of skill haha

I prefer to draw with pens since aged 13 rather than pencils, I don’t know why, I think it gets my mind to make definitive lines, pencil is messy.

@@racheladkins6060I think learner artists need to learn to live with their mistakes. If it's really bad, you can start a new drawing.
“The greatest education in the world is watching the masters at work.” Thank you Aaron !
Thank you so much for this. I watched and followed your tips while drawing my late dog Kal and it finally came out looking like him.

Wonderful!
As a visual learner, this actually helped me understand dog anatomy very well. Well explained too, I could understand everything and it was broken down into very bite-sized chunks of info! Thanks Aaron!
This is priceless, thank you. There's an inexhaustible amount of tutorials on human anatomy but not nearly enough on canines and other quadrupeds.

A really helpful thing to learn anatomy (if you aren’t squeamish) is to watch dissection videos! It really goes in depth of what is where, and it’s helped me personally scale my drawings better :)
I love the little nuggets of information like predator animals having less gut mass compared to prey animals! You make it all look so easy and explained everything so clearly - I'm going to start drawing my dog :)
This is a perfectly timed video. I’ve been practicing animal drawings and I’ve been wanting to draw my dogs. This was very helpful Aaron

😃Me, 2 personally, Fun Film Animations!☺️
This was so informative thank you, I would love to see a dog face drawn looking directly at us, knowing how and where to place the features. I have a white fluffy poodle/chihuahua and no idea where to start! A dog course would be so beneficial!
I love that you can see his first dog looks very bear-like. You can tell he's been drawing bears lately 💕🐻
Seeing the dog appear after you put the sharpie lines over the skull ♥... It has put a child's smile on my face.
Thank you master. To you and your familly, happy 2023.
I love how you lay out the sketching of dogs. I’m going to try your style!
this is such an awesome video! could you do one on cats? maybe house cats? thank you for your videos!

I’d love a video like this about cats! Especially house cats, their facial features are so distinctively difficult to draw. Edit: apparently he already did a video on house cats a year ago! kzread.info/dash/bejne/qXuYxst6dZq-fKQ.html
Really reminded me of *_Road Rovers_* & most of them are so cute & cuddly like: Golden Retrievers, Dobermans, Labradors, Boxers, Collies, Huskies, Rottweilers, Great Danes, Dalmatians, Akitas, Basenjis, Spitzes, Sheepdogs, Bloodhounds, Afgha Hounds, Salukis, Vizslas, Saint Benards, German Shepards, Ridgebacks, Chow-Chows, Shorthaired Pointers, Malamutes, Corsos, & Weimaraners.
I really appreciate the little bit about establishing the break point of the muzzle on the ball surface, and then placing the nose to establish perspective/orientation. Everyone has a different way of starting the canine head construction process, but I tend towards the nose-first approach and that break line was a big simple DUH moment to get the form much more mentally understandable while I lay it in.
It's amazing how simple and effective is your teachings, thank you master for the great lesson!
Funny, I just am starting the Wolves Course. Very timely.
Thank you sir...man made that look easy, its hard drawing animals fr fr
Can you do a video on how to draw antlers one day? I really struggle with them.
Nice to see dogs getting some love. Truly underappreciated animals.
Is it just me or the video quality got better? Very nice guide im still learning to draw. Thank you
Love your videos, you're far better than I am at drawing. However, I did notice some influence from your bear pieces making it way over to the muzzle and the lips. (Specifically the drawing at 5:36)

@@SharkyCharlotte I knooow, its insane! I just felt that I should point out the reference in his designs because it is always good to know.
Thank you very much. It's been two months since my dog passed away. I will love her forever and I miss her so much. I want to draw her as a form of tribute and to never forget her beautiful face. I was having a lot of difficulty because I never tried to draw dogs before, but this video saved me. Now I can see her in my drawings and that comforts me at least a little. Thanks for the incredible video.

This is brilliant! I need things spelled out, for despite having a cat and a dog and trying to draw them, I never realised the differen head/nose lines. Nor did I ever consider how the mouth actually opens... Thank you very much! Now I am off to your web site...
you are a real gift to all of us. thank you for sharing so much ❤
Thank you so much for all of your videos, you inspire me and you're helping me stay on top of drawing now that I've restarted after a long time away❤ much love
Fabulous thanks Aaron. I've been waiting for this video for a long time! After going through the wolf course, my dog portrait drawing improved immensely! Would love to see more, or even a course on it. Thanks again Aaron 👏

Great video, Hello.
This was a nice video, thank you :)
I respect your work, but you've been drawing polar bears for so long that you can't avoid showing the face of a bear while drawing a wolf... 5:00 an ideal grizzly bear head

How would you draw a dog's snout from a frontal view? I've been really struggling with that and most people draw dog heads from a 3/4 view or from a side profile but not really from a frontal viewpoint. Anyone have any tips on that?
I'm the First one 🤟Thank U sir🙏

Something I do to learn too is to watch dissection videos, it’s also helpful (if you aren’t squeamish because it is a d3@d animal)
