Thank you for rescuing your sweet doggy all those years ago. Dogs who "don't like people" just need patience and love. Also, I'm always impressed by how effortlessly you draw such beautiful dynamic poses.

This reminds me of when I used to check out the "how to draw..." books from the library. I did a bunch of dog drawings from it as a kid haha

Omgg,,, I had two dogs: Cece (Yorkshire Terrier) and Snickers (Pomeranian/Dachshund mix), and snickers just passed away this past Valentine’s Day due to old age (he was 17) 🥺 but it made me personally happy to see those specific breeds drawn together, since we still have Cece 💖💖💖 thank you for making such lovely art

It's actually pronounced "dux-h-uh-nd" well not exactly but close to that. It's german and I speak german which is why it made me really laugh when Rin said "Doughshund" Dachshund is btw made of the words Dachs (badger) and Hund (dog) so it actually means badger-dog.

@@nariart3665 funfact about that: basically no one in Germany calls them Dachshund we call them Dackel or i heard Hunters call then Teckel.

This spread is full of so many precious animal babies! All of them turned out beautifully, but when my brother walked by and saw the finished pug, he squealed. 🐕 PS, I adore the coloring for your bitty Chihuahua because they look like they have a little Shiba Inu in their family.

I really want to get back into art. I’ve decided to practice animal sketches- especially dogs, since I’m surrounded by them practically 24/7 now. Saving this for reference ❤️

Rin is so smart because everytime I try to draw animals, I just freehand the general shape of them and end up with something that looks fresh out of Fantastic Beasts. I never thought of breaking it up into simpler shapes!

The storm is wreaking HAVOC here in England, we're 4 inches deep in snow rn! Can't wait to sit back w a cozy cup of tea and watch you doodle Rin :)

I had a Cocker Spaniel when I was growing up. His name was Bud. He was great. I've also had a Jack Russell and a Boxer. I'm currently dogless and I can really feel it. It's tough to spend 30 years always having a furry little buddy around, then going to no dog for the past 6 years or so. I moved into an apartment and it's not really ideal for a dog. I wouldn't want to keep a dog somewhere without a backyard for them to go be a dog.

The papillon is pronounced “pap-ee-on” and their name comes from the French word for butterfly (I’m pretty sure that’s where it comes from). Oh and the “flappy skin bit” by their mouths is called “jowls”

My boyfriend just had to put down his golden retriever the day this video came out. I only knew her for a few months but I miss her already. It is always so sad when we have to lose our furry friends, thank you for making this video! It was sweet to all the little doggies!

Ahhh I love this so much, so cute! I have a similar story about my cat, a woman was going to adopt both her and her sister from the SPCA but my cat bit the lady so she adopted her sister and Lily sat for months, then I came in and she was just screaming because when you walked in the door you had to turn around to see her, I took her out and was asking the staff member some questions about her like how long she'd been there etc and I took her home that day and she turned out to just be the sweetest goofiest cat. I actually just cry thinking about it xD literally cried hearing about how you got your doggo but it's so nice to know he found his forever home and is loved! Animals make me so emotional.

Hi Rin ! I wanted to tell you that your videos really helped me out ! I am currently going threw a difficult phase and your chanel encouraged me to go back at drawing after many years ! It’s my therapy now and it brang back some accomplishment, confidence and beauty back into my life.
