If anyone here is wondering like me,wich new cheat table to use (offline only) after downpatching is to use version 1.1.8 reverse souls you will get a crash on item gib using any other one and we will have to revert back to item swapping until they can make one with the downpatch

When i Launch the new .exe a error pops up, it says: Application load Error S:0000065432

when i launch it says there is a "application load error 3:00000065434" any help?

it keeps updating even though I launch the game from the folder and not from steam (I have disabled auto updating on steam) how do I fix this?

Im downloading this, but its not downgrading to version 1.5, it just goes back to 1.5.2. I tried turning off the auto-updater but that didn't work either. Any help?

Don't open through steam as it updates if you do that, if you aren't, well then good luck...

When I attempt to launch, it fails and steam tell me that "an error occurred while updating ds3 ( downloads disabled.) but naturally we dont want it to update so what should I do to fix this? I've been searching the web but to no avail.

Hi, I'm having some trouble with this. Whenever I launch the EXE it will open, i'll get the steam and geforce notification, then it crashes. I have mod engine ini and honest merchant ini, along with dinput8.dll and a mod folder containing data0bdt and bhd. Do you have any solutions? Thanks.

@@thinhtruong5548 I think i figured it out. It seems for me the problem was that I didn't keep the vanilla BDT and BHD files in the main Game directory.

Is there a way to down patch my save as well? Seems like it's not recognized when launching the old exe

It won't touch your saves, but it will update the game to the latest version so you'll need to downpatch again

When I launch the older version it auto updates and then crashes

You can use the alternate save file option in modengine, or manually back up your saves in C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\DarkSoulsIII

I think it depends on what cracked ver. you're installing, if it's a 1.15.0 then yes but i've never really tried it

Nope, but if you want to avoid getting banned it's best to use the alternate save file option in modengine or backup your saves

All you have to do is find the 1.15 exe online and replace the 1.15.2 one that's in your game folder. I don't get why we need a wiki page, a crash fix, and a 3 minute video showcasing a speedrunning website, but since when has modding Fromsoft games been made straightforward?
