Racetrack is my usual go to. Close to multiple forecast towers and holochests in case I find keys or get the key master perk. Plus guaranteed 100 shield from the slurp truck and plenty of chests to loot

@@mellbelle25 right same except for the Last game I played I landed there and was bombarded with people. I had 6 kills before I even left the race track. Won the game and finished with 14 kills

Not a POI but I've been pretty predictable in my landing which is mostly at that jump cliff near Mega City. I know there's about 5 loot chests and I can make my way across the zip lines and have 3 weapon caches to choose from on the edge of Frenzy Fields. So if anyone comes across Ash from the Evil Dead running around, most likely me 😂 Also agree on having to dominate early on in the game.

Can't go wrong with it....except when someone else lands close and it's a mad dash to a chest and pray you get something half decent.

My fav POI's was Race Track and Castle equal as they're very close. Both location got plenty of loot and option to get max shield very quickly, both are close to radio towers and in central of the map allowing many rotation/3rd party options. Both are easy to navigate/fight in contrast to something like Mega City or vault locations which being not only very big but as well having many layers makes especially team fights much more chaotic.

Since it came out, my squad and I all prefer landing at brutal. It’s remained my favorite POI all throughout S4. What messes me up the most is I land at the top of the building in between the two jump pads and when the chest doesn’t spawn there, it becomes much more frenetic

Super helpful video as always! If I have gold I try for rumble to by the heisted shotty from the npc. Get tip on dropping over a low point! Definitely gonna use that.

I love landing either at the race track, or that one snowing area next to a gas station on the outskirts of the map

My duo lands mega city on helipad building then fight boss on the way into the vault. We next take a car to hire Mae and get her weather Tower. Then car to frenzy to hire Nolan. If the storm cuts frenzy off we hire bullshark in creeky. We always go straight to 2nd storm zone and setup bunkers in high spots for end game! Same routine no matter what every match! Just wondering, do you tapfire the twinmag AR or do you full auto it ? I personaly go full auto because i can manage the recoil and the damage is just incredible. Like this AR is the best that ever came to Fortnite

There hasn’t really been a POI this chapter that I love. I’ve enjoyed the map and lots of POIs but just didn’t have a go-to spot like I have in previous chapters.

Still getting hot tips! I’m pretty good at dropping usually point towards brutal land at sanguine and I’m normally first, but liked the water tip.

my fav POI is definitely mega city, but for ranked i've been dropping at rumble to get the heisted maven off spawn

I really hope radio towers stay as a permanent part of the game and are not just this season exclusively.

Mayday landing is my ranked spot i got a drop calc / map for it and then mega city for a purple maven then racetrack or watchtower all of these have rotates for towers

I land at mini bastions 90% of the time. It’s the jump pad castle south of Brutals. I rarely die on drop there and pick up a kill or 2 and get a good start into the game. The other spot I go is the lake between steamy and frenzies. Lots of chests and heals around the lake and in the bamboo.

If my teammate and I want the sword, I drop near the medic and take the 3 heisted bags on the way into the vault. I hire her for the first two splashes, then release her because she has a habit of getting herself killed while we're in the vault. Then, I rehire her for free afterward if she's still around. If the bus path is on the other side of the map, I like taking the eastern medic Mae, then either going to the vault at Slappy or Mega, then back to the TV tower. If we go Relentless, we rotate to Frenzy and pick up Nolan Chance for scans, then to the TV tower. I'd say those are our top 3 most frequent paths.

Favorite POI's to drop are Breakwater Bay and the island at the bottom-middle of the map, with the 3 chests on the shore.

There was a radio tower to the left of the racetrack? I’ve genuinely never seen it. Some seem to have a way higher chance of spawning then others

This season I’ve been dropping vaults until eclipsed estate got the vampire. You were saying how hard it was to kill em I was like “nah jake watch this” and died to em like 5 times so now I just land sanguine and relentless

I pretty much always land at the gas station west of Khaby. Loot, grab the slap trailer, bouce over to Khaby for shockwaves, third party the vault at slappy, turn south for the forecast tower at the samurai castle, rift to the combat cache.

The big mountain next to Bastion is my go-to. Has slurps and chests. I will never understand why people sign up for teams then next play with the team. Then they quite when they get killed.

I like dropping on the boat/island in the lake. Drop there go to the gas station then mega or zone.

Jake can you make a video on the loot pool and all that stuff since we’re going to go back to CH1 season 5-X. I want to know what guns there are going to be so I know my exact loadout for each season and what guns to practice with in creative before we go back in time.

It would take super long to go into everything especially if we don't know if the loot pools will be returning exactly as they were. In general tho I would say use the regular pump and tactical shotguns as well as the basic ar, scar, and maybe the scoped ar. The regular SMG will likely be back as well.

Yes glider lock is sometimes be the reason why I keep losing whenever I panicked soon as I get beamed 😔

I like frenzy fields, if I get a bad drop, I can just buy an AR and Turret with my gold

I have multiple places i like to land, the small isle near Slappy Shores then rotate into Slappy then to the castle, Restless Retreat, & Crude Harbor-rotate to Brutal....burst smg is not a gun I ever use.

I like to have variety with the guns i use, but i don't really like the shotguns this season, or the smgs, the twin mag is alright i just feel like i have to aim ahead of the person I'm shooting at because the bullets aren't immediate impact, thats the only thing i dont like about the twin mag it just feels like the Excalibur rifle, but in a AR. Overall i feel like theres very few good guns to pick from this season, crossing out the dmr's, the only good weapons are twin mag, mk7, infiltrator, legendary or exotic maven, sharktooth, combat smg, suppressed pistol, the havoc ar is ok im just use to pulling down with recoil, and sharktooth is too slow of firerate, combat smg has a bit too much recoil. But im just impatient for next seasons loot pool only about 7 days until downtime. I like it when the loot pool is switched out more frequently.

Thats why I posted this now. Most of what I talked about in this video is applicable for future seasons mostly just the part about radio towers is specific to this season or map.
