Fr hahaha. Replacing a roof because of hail and collateral damage is one thing but to say that roof is unrepairable is funny af
"If it awards part of the roof, I get all of the roof because that's the way most policies are written." - I assume what he means by this is that since the that shingle is no longer available it cannot be matched and if the insurance company approves repairing part of the roof, then they will have to replace all of the roof since you can't just repair part of it because that shingle is no longer available to be able to match the existing shingles. Yes?

Do you guys work off the adjusters estimates? Or do you write up your own and turn it in to the adjuster?
Lmao I been on that roof. Lake Mary area. Spanish guy who is a landscaping contractor! I got all the houses behind him on that block bought 😂😂😂🤣
