Hi Heath, Great information in this video. People pay big bucks to attend a fishing seminar to get this info. It's very nice of you to send it out for free. Take care and be safe, Mickey

Hi Mickey, you hit the nail on the head. I like sharing my knowledge with everyone especially the average angler who doesn't have a small fortune to blow on fishing. Also, with some seminars you walk away with information but no actualized specifics on where to go or what to use, ect... Thanks a million for watching. Take care :)

Thanks for watching and supporting the channel. It's great to hear you are learning. I've got some bait episodes in the works as now is the time of year pilchards, cigar minnows and sardines are migrating past the shoreline in my area. Explaining bait is tricky though, so I need to prepare properly so I don't confuse anyone. I like to keep it simple and not intimidating. Tight lines & take care :)

I love your videos. I am getting better at this kind of fishing. It is a lot more difficult than fishing freshwater bass and catfish. Especially seems harder when you can't see land anymore.

Great video as always! I have a question: I have fish for Kingfish with ballyhoo but, I heard Bluerunner is the best live bait for it. Then I tried to find a video on how to rig live Blue Runner for Kings. There’s none! Can you explain it? Thanks

Thanks a million for watching and asking a great question. You've actually given me a great idea for an episode about live baiting for Kings too in the process. There's 2 ways to rig live bait for kings. 1.) use a stringer rig, which is a single hook through the nose, and a treble hook in the back. 2.) just use a single hook through the back. Remember Kingfish hit the tail first to disable the prey, so always have a hook set on the back side, or you'll miss the strike. Here's a link on how to make a stinger rig: kzread.info/dash/bejne/aY6YwdCxl5zbhZs.html Thanks again for your support of the channel. Couldn't do this without you. Tight lines & take care ;)

  • @SouthFloridaSaltwaterFishing

Thanks a million for watching and asking a great question. Honestly, no I don't have a favorite... There's so many spots in the Keys to fish that you could pretty much go forever and not hit the same spot twice. I can offer this. Here's a link to wreck in the middle keys that I use when I head South looking for a good spot: www.floridagofishing.com/locations/keys/keys-reefs-and-shipwrecks-middle.html It also warns you about restricted areas of fishing on specific wrecks and the markers to look for. Monroe County has an entirely different set of rules for fishing than the rest of Florida. Hope this helps. Good luck in your adventures. Tight lines & take care ;)
