Today is all about the cantilever position. Have you ever wondered how skaters execute this impressive move? Well, I will be sharing specific off-ice exercises and stretches that will guide you to you closer to accomplishing the cantilever. I thought "this is exactly what i need" until i realize i was already able to keep it off ice, at least i did some warm up in the middle of the night lol I started taking class this year and tbh, the vid "13 fun tricks" is my to do list.
