Hey Sal! I do banded lat pull downs right before DB RDL's and it TOTALLY prevents lower back pain because my lats are engaged. Nothing else was working!

Awesome tip!
Dope! Super easy to do at home too. Thanks Sal
I normally do calisthenics outside at the park. It's getting too cold so I was going to switch to barbell work, but I think I will keep doing banded pull downs. I'm willing to suck it up and work in the cold, but I just can't do pull ups with my hands on a cold bar. My muscles don't seem to work.
Great Vid.... I subcribed & liked RJ
Brother give an advise on a proper calisthenics routine. Whether to do push , pull and legs Splits or to do full body everyday ? Give your opinion on this brother.

It depends on your experience level and the intensity that you train with, usually you need more volume when you do bodyweight exercises (depending on the exercise) both splits can work as long as you handle intensity, volume and frequency properly. If you work out everyday, the volume and intensity need to be low to prevent you from overtraining.
What would be a pre exhausted exercise for the quads?
