I love your detailed, easy-to-follow tutorials! I've been wearing my hair in braids (with synthetic hair) since I went natural a couple years ago, but I really wanna try these mini twists. Beautiful! I am starting to do more mini twists and braids and not adding synthetic hair. I feel it was drying my hair out. How often do you wash your hair? I workout a lot and feel I need to wash my hair at least once a week.
