hello i m actually facing a problem where my left thigh is stretch more it feels like inner thigh is getting pinched.

If it is just a pinch then hopefully hip opening stretches, working on your psoas muscles, and increasing flexibility in the hip joint will help. If you are also experiencing some shooting pain then I would suggest to consult a good chiropractor.
