    thank you for this video, these are great tips for examining the knee. It is important with knee osteoarthritis to look at joints besides the knee as well, especially back, hip, and ankle!

    My local doc felt my knees for oa. I asked him what stage he thinks I'm at. He said early or middle. I thought to myself, well that's helpful. 🙄

    I am a veteran. The VA osteoarthritis exam only consist of range of motion, the problem with ROM my knees freeze wherever I am sitting a long length of time which is painful. The VA gives very low rating some 10% for osteoarthritis. My diagnosis was Osgood Schlatter’s at age 18-20 caused Chondromalacia of the patella.
