I am a veteran. The VA osteoarthritis exam only consist of range of motion, the problem with ROM my knees freeze wherever I am sitting a long length of time which is painful. The VA gives very low rating some 10% for osteoarthritis. My diagnosis was Osgood Schlatter’s at age 18-20 caused Chondromalacia of the patella.
