Great video. Clear and great details. How about a video on how to change the string without me ending up in a ball of string. Lol

It does get pretty hot after long use for sure. Thanks for watching 😁
i have a hyper tough hy26cst curved shaft gas weedeater the problem it starts but the head wont move
I think the new hypertough trimmers are really a homelite They use to be really a troybilt. Like the Murray m2510 I have going on it’s 5th or 6 season . Mine always starts. Only thing. That broke was the throttle cable Good video One thing I do is I only use non ethanol fuel mixed with full synthetic 2 cycle oil.

It's very similar to the ryobi and homelite (it's the same just rebranded). That's one of the best things you can do for it is run ethonal free fuel through it. I am very very impressed with this trimmer
You should do a video on replacing the Piston return springs.... Chris Fix has a video on it but I think you could do a better one

Yep, works great. Lots of power
What is the pros and cons of curved vs straight head? Ive had terrible luck with straight heads

Well that's mostly personal preference that makes a difference. I am a bit taller and a curved shaft would be too small for me. However a curved shaft trimmer might be more comfortable for others. That's honestly the only difference between them really

@@JonsDailyHustle that what I thought it was and not a mechanical thing. Im like 6ft but have gotten used to the curved the extra weight and length of the straight shaft just kills me. I absolutely hate even using a trimmer. But I know all the straight shafts have failed like super fast. I think maybe it's cuz I change the heads that don't need to be coiled. But I've never had luck with them the gear strips out pretty fast for me
When your String trimmer handle costs more than your String trimmer! Whats the Harley Davidson part number for that spark plug?

Can you please tell me what gas you use for this weed eater?

Sure. It's 50:1 mix. I run ethanol free gas in all my equipment. If not available just make sure it doesn't sit in it for a long time
How often should this be done?

Once a season or sooner if needed. If your trimmer starts to bog down or run badly, it probably needs a tuneup done to it. I recommend just before the start of every season is a perfect time to do it
I always forget the lube 😂😊. If you just listen.. without the video.. you have some explaining lol..
