    Intermittent fasting. Eat between 12-8. 60% of your calories from protein 20/20 fat carbs. You’ll have to figure out what your calories should be and put yourself in a slight deficit on lifting days and a slightly higher deficit on rest days. Eating that much protein leaves you very satisfied it’s actually hard to eat all of the calories even in the deficit. I did this for 10 weeks with the same results as Stephanie with zero cardio at all and a few heavy carb days as I was still trying to build muscle and did. Good luck

    I’m still convinced trying IF for a few months is the reason I have most of my eating disorders right now. It was never doable with my schedule, and it was not safe for me to even use it as when I first tried it, as I have never been clean with my eating in the first place. It’s a very strong tool, but so dangerous, and I hate when people use it as a “great weight loss tool” when really it can do so much harm.

Being on social media, surrounded by all of these diets really did hurt me as I’m still of a young age. I love Steph’s a Jeff’s videos though, I love to learn the science behind it and I love how they put it!

    @@snya6105 The problem with eating salty, high fat, high fructose, high sugar foods is that they create cravings for more of it and a nasty cycle ensues. If you can go on a 21 day fast and not eat those things, but eat brown rice, lentils, high nutrient beans, vegetables, fruit(not as much), avocados, nuts(not too many peanuts), olive oil salads, coconut oil cooked shrimp (Healthy fats), lean meats(Protein), himalayan salt and organic black pepper, Drink green tea in the mornings, apple cider vinegar tablespoon in half a cup of water followed by a half a cup of water chaser 2 times a week, you can start detoxing your body of all those nasty preservatives, bad sugars and salt. This will in turn break your craving cycle and when you do start eating those things again, remember there is always tomorrow, so if you want to overeat it or if you had a donut yesterday, say to yourself, I'll have it on Saturday as a treat to yourself for doing your body awesome. Its hard to start, but the benefits are great! Much self love to you, have a good one!

    I just love watching Stephanie. Best body ever. I have watched a lot of videos about body building and they are all saying a lot like close to non sense.     Would you consider doing a video explaining the pros and cons of LISS training and HIIT training? I typically prefer LISS but have lately been incorporating more HIIT in my workouts, but I think a video comparing the two cardio methods would be really helpful! Thanks for all you do!!

    Perfect timing, this is exactly what I needed!     Chambray Fehringer idk if that’s a good idea, people like her, whom we follow for advice/inspiration, avoid doing this because then the people following her would simply follow what she eats and thats wrong, cause everybody’s needs are different. As she said, track your macros a little to be in a small deficit and increase the protein intake.

    Honestly as someone who’s bought the guide and have been using it to train I’d say it’s a pretty darn good guide to (REALLY) push yourself because it definitely drove me out of my comfort zone. I mean, 4 legs-focused day in a week?! But what is shocking is that at the end of week 4 I’m really seeing a change in my muscle definition without changes in my diet and most importantly I’ve gained so much more confidence in my heavy compound lifts.
