Interesting since this is the first video (I believe) that Gyeon shows there is no need to rinse with water either the wheels, tires and paint before applying product. I know this method is many times better since you are not "diluting" the product on top of the car.

Are the wheels ceramic coated on the car? Should iron remover be used if so, and how often?

Love Gyeon products, got the whole suite - all top class in my opinion. Just completed Synchro on my two vehicles - let them sit in a temp controlled garage for 2 weeks to cure and just let them out in the wild this week. Also bought Foam, Bathe, Bathe +, APC and Cure. They are due for their first wash post coating. What should my first wash routine be and future maintenance washes? I want the optimal process to maintain coating longevity and don’t mind having to buy another Gyeon product if required… please advise

Thanks for the kind words, you did great by letting them sit for 2 weeks. It will perform amazing. Regarding the maintenance, please have a look here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZoOCxMWBds2WncY.html Regards, Y.

@@GYEON_official thanks Y! I’ve seen all your videos - they’re great - love the pro tips … I’ve read most of your replies to comments hunting this information. But … Should I Foam first, then Bathe and then Cure every time? Or just Bathe each time and cure every mth? The other thing I’m reading is not to top up synchro because it can “clog it up” and hurt its hydrophobicity and its then a challenge to decon all the additional layers. Sorry to get technical but I don’t know who else to ask but the maestro himself!

So, Q²M Foam, rinse and wash with Q²M Bath. Once every 3 washes I would do a wash with Q²M Restart and use Q²M Cure as a drying aid. Let the coating do it’s job…✌🏻 Regards, Y.

Wow, so you spray on the Iron remover before youve washed your wheels?

Most of the time yes, I want the product to work as effective as possible and you don’t do this when it’s diluted with a lot of water. On coated or really dirty wheels a pre rinse can of course be done. Regards, Y.

I use all Gyeon products every week, in my experience skip the foam and use Gyeon Restart for your prewash. Restart is superior to Foam as it contains iron decon in it. Follow up with Bathe and Ceramic Detailer or Wetcoat. I eliminated Gyeon Foam from my cycle and replaced with Restart

I understand your thinking but in some cases you might have other contaminants where Q²M Foam will show it’s function. It can be very climate related but remember we deliver in over 90 countries. Regards, Y.
