I'm wholly put together right now, but one hair pin removed strategically, and I can get ratchet - quick!" Gorgeous classic done and taught to perfection! Thank you for bringing back memories of my Mom when I was a child in the 1960’s. I loved her wearing her hair like this. It seemed so mystical and magical how that little tornado roll would be formed in the back. Thanks to your great teaching, I now know how it is done. You’re the best!

I love these vintage styles. This also reminds me of one of those 90’s Mass Choir hairstyles.
It’s been a while since I graduated Cosmetology School. 1983! I want to tell you that I appreciate you creating this video to re-teach me, if you will, how to do a lovely, true French Twist. You are a skilled stylist no doubt. Thank you for crating and sharing. Now, I want to do this on myself. My hair is just below bra strap and it is wonderful, but very THICK hair. I am going to try your tips and tricks and see if I can make my own hair look as good as you styled this mannequin.

I am OBSESSED with french rolls! This looks amazing, and so helpful to know better how to place pins. With longer hair, the rolling becomes more difficult, especially doing it on myself. Usually end up with a bunch of hair at the top I have to sort of moosh and tuck in to hide. It never looks this good! :D

Going through your old videos, let me say "making a wig" Alison is wearing that hair... she is beautiful and would look good with any style. "Cornrows with extension" 3 years ago, the way you described stretching and separating the hair was perfect. Securing the extension to the hair is the hardest part (hint hint for next video to slow down for the old Cali lady lol). One video I'm surprised you don't have is a how to cut/ style for beginners. More specifically, feathered side bangs (i think that is what they are called). Can we get a video on that please. I've tried to look at other videos for help, but no good. God bless and thank you for coming into our homes and teaching us. Keep being safe.
Great teaching. I wasn't sure about hair pins vs bobby pins usage.
