Non-Stop Parkour also i have to improve my technique. I start the twist way too early and the tuck is pretty sloppy

I will have a tutorial on twisting but if you need a tutorial for a move with more than 1 twist, you most likely aren't ready for that move

I already could do it but dis still helped my a Lil on the landing

practice. u stay tucked when ur tense. practice so ur more relaxed

I can do a 180 from football I just can't get on my ' even though I'm 7

I can do this and I could Rudy off height. I've never tried Rudy outside cause I'm inconsistent. But my front half is a bit cheated I must Admit
