Thanks so much. I just got a big butterfly from TEMU and it did not go they my Sizzix. I also got very frustrated with smaller die cuts going thru Sizzix. I will try this tomorrow. TFS :)
Great idea! I have a very small manual die cut machine, but I don't think it would take that beautiful large die you had. Now I have an alternative. Just an idea for poking out the little bits... if you leave your paper taped to your die, and work from the die side, sometimes you can use a small brush to gently remove the bits, like a toothbrush or a makeup brush... Thanks again for a great video!

Hi Milena! Thank you for your lovely comment 🙂❤️
That’s really clever! It’s funny because I always think of die cutters as such precision machines/tools.....but you can use a rock! Lol Great job and full watch Charlotta :) Keep up the great work

I’ve seen some use rolling pins too, but I think I wasn’t strong enough for that haha... Scraping with a rock took next to no energy. 🤷🏼♀️🙂. . Thanks for the love, Thrilla the great! 😄👊🏽🔥
Clever. Thank You for taking the time to make this video.
Hands on and therapeutic all the way ... love this❣️

Great video Charlotta! The results are truly impressive. Paper die cut machine is pretty expensive, but now we have a new way of making it, thanks!💖👏

Hey Viking Sister Wife! That's awesome you got these Die Cutouts sent all the way from Shanghai. That's so awesome you figured out how to do it without a machine! Very creative to use a rock to push down the die! It was great to see you make your own little boxes, they almost look like tiny Chinese takeout boxes! But very fancy wrapped with satin. We could totally see those being used for a gift for valentines day. We hope you get something good for the special day. We are not huge on Valentines Day, so we don't celebrate it! Fun video and love you to the mother effin' moon girl.. have a great day!

Wonderful work-around idea! Thank you so much for this demonstration and so glad it works. Off I go to buy a circle die and I'll pick out a nice rock from the garden when I get back home.

i dont have a die cutting machine, they are so expensive here to buy. I love the goodies you got in your package.. .. I am actually quite surprised at your rock idea.. i think it would depend on the paper.. but it worked out quite amazingly well. I will give it a go thats for sure!

Heya Lori! Yes they are quite pricey... I tested a few different ways, using a rolling pin etc, but I found this to work the best. If you have die cuts, but not the machine - give it a go for sure! Should do the trick, as it did for me... 🙂♥️✨
The second die cut looks really neat, but for me it is to intricate and would make me nervous. Thanks so much for showing.

Tfs! You are a life saver! I suppose money saver in my case.lol haha. Anyway, i dont use dies enough for me to justify buying a machine just yet. But i needed to use a die and this has helped so much. Thank you. I am a new sub and look forward to many more videos! I do have one question. How have your dies held up to using the rock? I know some stones have a greater hardness than many metals and not knowing what metal the dies are made of, i worry there may be a risk of dulling out the die? I suppose i should actually look at how the die works as it may not even be one that uses sharp edges to cut. Lol anyway, thanks so much again and i am excited to see what else you have out!:):)
@CharlottaSophia

Hi Puerto! So glad you found this helpful and happy it worked for you! I see what you mean re dies getting dull, but I haven’t personally had that problem. Hmm... I guess they aren’t super sharp to begin with? But you’re definitely bringing up a valid point. Can I ask what you’re crafting? 🙂❤️
