    Perfect timing! I have been considering opening a gay bar in a city that had one for 40 years but doesn’t anymore. The gay bar we had was bought out, and the new owners didn’t want it to be a gay bar anymore. Then they closed for renovations, then they had a fire and just didn’t reopen in 2 years.

    Meet some people at a festival in Japan making whiskey with the spring water found on Rishiri island. And they have taste tests at local events but won't have any whiskey untill next year. Mostly it's a proof of concept that the water effects the taste and from my taste test it does.
