Under $50 for a decent one. The one she's using in this video is a high end Excalibur that's around $300.

Just bought a stackable food dehydrator. If you only want to dehydrate a small amount of food, can you use just one tray or do all the trays have to be in place with the food on the top tray? My Users Manual doesn't say anything about this. Appreciate your help. Your video was very helpful. Thank you.

If the fruit is still chewy/leathery.. doesnt that mean theres still moisture? Wont it mold?

When the fruit is dehydrated, how do I store it without getting moisture in the jar? I dehydrated bananas about two months ago and it was all stuck together. I was concerned about mold throughout the fruit.
