I don’t have an Excalibur but a cheaper dehydrator . I puncture each blueberry to help the hot air get to the insides easier .
I freeze my blue berries. I want to try out drying some to see how I like it. My wife has been complaining about taking up too much space in the freezer with my blue berries, And we have a big upright freezer and a small chest freezer! She considers the berries as junk because she doesn’t like them. So we need to make room for the good stuff (ie. ice cream, tater tots, etc)
I love dehydrating and canning I appreciate you doing these videos.
That poison jar has me asking questions, but yes, I will stick around and find out how to dry blueberries.

I like to keep people guessing. 😉🤔🤣
Thanks Jinne! Can't wait to try this and bake up some goodies 😊
Who was watching the blueberry that rolled off the towel 🖐️😆
Thank you for sharing! looks great!
Thank you for great info my friend's
I really love your style of presenting this, it makes the watch even more pleasant. I'm thinking of putting up a row of blueberries, and knowing now that a simple procedure can avoid me having to devote freezer space to them seals the deal. If electricity goes the freezer goes, but a nice drinking water can full of blueberry raisins needs no heating or cooling, and they looked so good after a processing of just 15 hours. To give something back in return: it may be hard to get in the states but see if you can get your hands on a plant or seeds of the black european elderberry of the haschberg variety. its not the tastiest but extremely medicinal, even against influenza, and a superb grower and the haschberg cultivar is a producer which will blow your mind with the amounts of blossoms and juice and berries it gives.
I just bought some blueberries and found your vid. Thanks for info.
Love this thank you
You could use the small ones to add to teas in theory.
Hey! Loved your video, and I was just wondering if it was possible to make tea from them?
So why did mine have the sticky juice underneath the berries ? Mine were sticky 🥴 Haven't sealed them yet . Left them at 145 for 14 hours .
Could you spin them dry in the salad spinner?
Did you can them after or just put them in a glass jar? How long do they keep
Do you put oxygen absorbers in the jar with the blueberries?
have you ever dehydrated frozen fruit? I trying it now.... hope it works
So, if I keep them in mason jars, do they need to be refrigerated?
Did you need to prick each blueberry during the dehydrating process?

If you want them to have a raisin texture you will need to poke them.
Hi are you using an air fryer or what are you using to dehydrate them?
Do they have one big seed in the centre?
How does vinegar remove chemicals?
Hi, great video, is love to do this as well, can you maybe tell me where you bought your dehydrater?

Can you put these in muffins or cakes?

Yes, I would just throw them in a little water to rehydrate them for a few minutes before mixing them in.
Can you eat these as is, or do you need to do anything to them?

They're pretty hard, but you could eat them. we usually throw them in yogurt or oatmeal to soften them up a little.
If you freeze them they will dehydrate better!
Delish!!

Why are your eggs on the counter ?Tell me about this methodology very interesting

Our eggs are fresh from our hens, as long as they have the bloom intact they are shelf stable for months... once you remove the bloom (wash them) the porous shel is exposed and they will go bad much sooner. I refrigerate our customers eggs, because they like that, but I don't take up the fridge space with my own.
