I WISH you the BEST know EXACTLY what you are going through, was married to a narcissist for 28yrs and he very nearly put me in a grave, now live IN PEACE and will NEVER EVER TOLERATE HIS BEHAVIOUR AGAIN, they are EXTREMELY DAMAGED INDIVIDUALS very very MENTALLY SICK, after all the GAMES they play with you they are the SAD ones, they sabotage their own life, it's a HORRIBLE way they live, mind yourself and your children you DESERVE SOOO MUCH BETTER.

1 indifference (gray rock) focus on what I control 2 NO, 3 we control our responses 4 recognize authority or read the room, virtue & reason 5 set boundaries That makes me feel... Or where I come from... 6 handle defeat with grace, learning, dignity , & calm 7 avoid humiliation, just fix problems 8 humility 9 maintain mental clarity, we control ourselves, feelings, and thoughts, everything is a perception I choose strength

I surely wish I had heard these wise stoic gems decades ago. It has only been 1 year now since I’ve physically separated myself from an intense narcissist (I stayed together 11 years waiting for him to be what I thought he was in mere hopes along with my unbelief that what I surmised was true). He always said my views are an imaginative movie I am making up. Now I am still waiting for my-self to return to my-self so that I may once again be filled with artistic creativity, be fruitful and love the Divine, myself and nature again. I am appreciative.💐

My all dears and owner of this channel. Unfortunately, I met a few years ago a man who played all time on my emotional it was almost not possible to go away from him. He was doing everything to destroy my dignity by saying he loved me. I'm trying to back to myself rebuild all my confidence. His behaviour caused i was close to suicide. It's still difficult as he is stalking me all the time 😢 however this video helps me to believe that I can still back to myself and to the normal life that I had before I met him. Believe me, I had never known that people like him where it seams their only one goal is to destroy to other person can really exist. It's important help people who don't know how to go out of those toxic people. Thank you for this video 🙏

My son said when approached by a narcissist with his or her anger. Stand there with a smile on your face with dear in head light eyes. Look right through them. This is not a easy life living with them it’s best to leave the situation and be happy on your own. Save money secretly because they do controls by keeping you broke then when you save enough leave and never go back..

I know someone who doesn't treat me well but when I speak up on it and implement boundaries he says he feels like I make him feel like his best isn't enough and that he's walking on eggshells. He gaslights, blameshifts, and has a hard time taking accountability. So I'm confused..am I the narcissist or is he? Both?

I guess I'm a narcissist if the not creative life of logic and respecting ones i call it owners so to do as ones told. That is not me. I'm a creative sort. "To thy own self be true." I would be derailing that if I was not honest in saying I do not just do as I'm told I refuse. It strike against my grain. Oh well. I can handle that in trade of feeling bad even for things I didnt do. I'll take it.
