I just did this. Perfect instruction. Cooking time is cut in half and got very crispy, juicy chicken. This will be my way from now on. Thank you!

there were still at least 2 bones left, so I'd call that a partial deboner.

Right, was terrible instruction

We used him saying “as close to the bone as possible” as a drinking game. We were all drunk before the end of the video and forgot to debone the chook.

Are the instructions the same if you buy a whole cooked chicken?

Thanks for the demo. I always stuck at the collar bones which has a hook that hooks tight to another part of the bone. I have difficulty removing it. I wish your video can show that part but your video is only clear on the thigh part. I guess is the way to u cut the chicken.
