How to Debone a Deer Ham The Right Way.

Today, Brian introduces you to his cousin, "Catfish". Catfish shows us how he debones a ham from one of his recently harvested deer. Catfish is the very person that introduced Brian to making jerky and started him on the adventure that is Smokehouse Bayou.
If you are a hunter, this is very useful information. We hope you learn something and enjoy meeting "Catfish".

When this whole COVID thing is over, I'm totally making the trip over from New Zealand to check out Smokehouse Bayou! Ordered a big bag of all your jerky the other week, had to get it shipped to a friend in NV who could send it onto me 😂

That deer looked like he or she had been on a good corn diet, lots of fat. He sure makes it look easy, lol. I live in corn Country and can't say I have ever butchered a deer with that much fat on it, amazing. I bet that is tender.

Man I think he could clean a deer in his sleep! I tell people that Catfish could sniff a tree and tell you how many squirrels have been on it in the last two days. 😂
