Really struggling with sleep. Fall asleep no problem but then awake for 2-3 hours every night. Should I try this strategy for this type of problem?

This didn’t answer what do with sleep disruption - I have no problem falling asleep but I wake after 4-5 hours. Not enough sleep

Same as you. I fall asleep ok but then wake up a few hours later with my mind racing. Awake for a couple of hours with the dread and totally wired. Then I fall back to sleep and wake up two hours later than I’d wanted to. So frustrating.

What happens when you wake up and have disrupted sleep all night ..is this because you are going to bed too early to make up for it?

No one is asking to explain insomnia cure in ten minutes. It works so surely more time for explanation is a no brainer....
