Hahaha SO important to a good British Christmas Dinner!! 🇬🇧 Mash can be offered as a side if you like but roast potatoes are the staple of a traditional roast dinner.. I have heard posh people don't offer Yorkshire pudding either and yes have goose instead of turkey to show they have more money 💰

Absolutely NO WAY can you have Christmas Dinner without roast potatoes !!! Seriously, I was born in 1958 and have NEVER once had a CD without RP's - EVER, ANYWHERE ??? Unheard of... and unthinkable - DUH ! I gasped too... What sort of family has he married into ? SMH ! & LOL ! 😎🤣🤣🤣

If you go round someone's house for 'sunday dinner', and they don't turn out some roasts, that is a perfectly legitimate reason to not send them a Christmas card. And I mean proper roasts, done in lard after they've been parboiled and fluffed up a bit before they go in the oven. I'm deadly serious, no roasts on the plate is a problem.

@@lulabelle4527 I don't know where you've heard those things from. We would have goose for Christmas (not to show we had money, just because we liked it) but would definitely have roast potatoes. I can't imagine not having roast potatoes with Christmas dinner! We wouldn't have Yorkshire puddings, but again, nothing to do with being posh but because they're traditionally an accompaniment to beef. Same reason we had apple sauce with pork and mint sauce with lamb etc.

Making Danny Dyer laugh is always a good thing!

I grew up on mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving and Christmas because we always had home made dressing and gravy. Gravy on roasted potatoes? Not so much.

Funny you should have said that, I'm settling down having just had a version of that: poutine/disco-chips.... Oven chips (chucked a few sausages in there too), serve them up with thickly grated cheese, and pour over with gravey. I can't move now!!!!

And there and another woman late 30s-mid 40s but has had botox, I'm going to assume the botox woman is older. Let's face it you can always tell whose had it, it's not subtle and it makes you look older.

Priscilla had Botox type injections by someone inexperienced. It disfigured her face and cannot be corrected by surgery. People should just accept they are beautiful at every age and age naturally.
