I agree, when they start talking needlessly I just turn to another video. This is because most of the time and for anything I just need quick instructions and "pictures" how to do it. I also like and often search simple and fast braid hair style examples.

GUYS!! hear me out..IT TURNED OUT AMAZZINGGG!! I never cut my hair by my own and I was always afraid I would mess up my long hair but omg!! this is the best bold decision I have done in soo long. The best thing about it is that the layers surround your face shape and doesn't affect the length from the back so its perfect!! Thanks a lott for this tutorial! everyone said my hair looks great

I screwed my hair up using Brad Mondo's method so I had to grow it out for a few months. I just cut my hair using this method and I absolutely LOOOOOVE it! It's probably the best haircut I've ever had 😍😍😍 Love the layers and it doesn't look choppy. I might go back in and create even more dramatic layers but the method definitely works. For once, I had zero anxiety cutting my hair. Funny part is I thought my hair was one colour. Turns out, I have natural highlights that I never even saw before so that was a nice surprised lol! Thank you so much for the tutorial! ✨🍀🌸

Thank you so much for this video! My husband and I were looking up diy haircuts for me and when we saw your video he said "this is it!". I wasn't even planning on cutting my hair tonight but you made it look so easy that I did it on the spot! It only took us 20 minutes...because I have wavy hair so it was curling in every direction and Im a perfectionist and this was my first time cutting my own hair! It came out great! My husband was so happy with it too! He was my coach and calmed my nerves. I can't believe how nice it looks! Thank you sooo much!! I will definitely keep doing this! By the time I got to the top layer I felt more confident and Im looking forward to cutting my own hair again.

Thank you. You make it look so easy. Your own hair looks gorgeous. It took me some fiddling to get the sections where I wanted them, but I love how it worked out!
I have naturally wavy hair and this haircut really helped accentuate my waves, add volume and some much needed dimension. I added a 4th tie, lining with the middle of my forehead, and that helped frame the hair around my face. Thank you! 😊

Thank you girll for this video, It was so easy to follow and straight forward. I used this tutorial to just cut my hair and I absolutely LOVE it! It turned out just how I wanted it, after spending a year of being hesitant and unable to find a good guide, I finally come across your video and bit the bullet and just did it! I don't have enough money to pay for a professional cut, but the few times I have went to a salon, I've cried immediately after leaving because they messed it up and cut it too short or not how I asked! I am going to have a look through your channel now I hope you post more cool videos, thanks girl
Oh my god I came home and did this cut like in 5 minutes and I am absolutely in love with my hair. Thank you so much.
I love this thank you!! I’m actual a professional that’s been searching for an easy way to do my own hair and the way this works is really pretty neat. The finger tang on your shears is for your pinky lol just in case you wanted to try turning them around you might notice a difference in stability! Just something I noticed that not everyone knows obviously so no harm I hope in mentioning this lol

Gorgeous! Thank you for sharing sweet heart ❤ You did a perfect job on your hair and demonstrating how to cut layers in hair your self. Very simple and accurate, thanks again 😘
So helpful! Love it! I did it to my extensions they look so much better now when I put them on better than having them one straight length and not being able to find someone who would be willing to cut them. Thank you!!! :)
Followed the second most watched video on cutting ur own layers at home and that took me more than 2 hours and was really unsatisfied w the results. Thought I would have to go to a salon from that point out and I’m SO GLAD I came across this video. THANK U THANK U x million u have revived my hair. Took me 10 min and the results are amazing. It adds beautiful texture and volume without sacrificing length. Ugh I am so happy esp that I saved $50+
I just did this and I loved it!! I had long curly hair it was dull no shape no volume and extremely damaged.. i cut it short and did this technique and it feels sooooo full and healthy the amount of volume i have now is insane!! Thank you so much!💕💕💕💕

I followed your video instructions and I LOVED IT......I haven't gone back to the salon in over a year....I've cut my hair three, four times now and each time i love it more....thank you so much! The thumbs down votes must be hairstylists LOL
Thanks SO much! I have wavy hair, love long layers, and my hair looks great. This is the first time I have ever cut my own hair. Plus now the ends look healthy along with the perfect layers. So easy!

Hi!! Did you brush out your waves first/straighten them or how did you go about it? And how much did you cut from each 3 sections? Thanks!
@diamondgoddess2534
Жыл бұрын
@@morgank7610 I brush well but do not straighten. I like to cut each section to the notch above my nose tip and then do a crown cut (segment in a rectangle around crown and pull the hair straight up with no hair band and cut same amount for extra layers). I cut every 12 weeks and my hair grows an inch in that time so I cut an inch. 🤩
Your hair looks great! I'm going to give this a try. Thank you!
Been doing this thanks to her for a couple of years now since Covid emerged :) LUV it!! ❤
I've been a little nervous to try this out but I absolutely love the results. My hair feels lighter and has more texture without taking away a lot of length.
❤Gorgeous....esp the final result after curling. I watched SEVERAL tutorials today but chose YOURS as my guide. No words to say THANK YOU!!! I am so happy w my layers.

I'm cutting my hair tonight and dying it tomorrow! I'll probably be saving about $350 at LEAST considering I'm doing 5 different colors and in a specific placement pattern and all. I never comment but just tried this...after trying another more difficult method (the kind where u cut "guides"..which looks so simple till I actually try and it's so hard and comes out choppy and takes forever.. like I literally tried for an hour, was eh on it, came on here and started searching again.. I intended for next time but this just made so much sense to me, I had to try it 30 min after I tried the other haha.. I've seen the ponytail one many times and wasn't sold but never this leveled one.. which like I said just made sense. This is my 4th time trying to give myself long layers but the first time I'm actually happy with it! So thank you!!
