There’s a really cool pharmacy close to there called Amsterdam in Plaza Viva Tijuana in front of Easy Park. They have hard to find stuff like Retin A, Latisse and other stuff.

I was in Tijuana three days ago. We drove down from Santa Monica, parked and crossed at San Ysidro, can't remember if it was Ped West or East, I remember one was closed. The amount of traffic coming back across driving later was insane, maybe wait, we walked back across in 40 minutes, pedestrian traffic looked about the same here. faster if you've got Sentri as you can see!

I'm going to a concert in TJ from L.A. I bought Greyhound tix to arrive in TJ, but now I am wondering whether it's better to take the Greyhound or driving to the border and walking through. Thoughts?

What time frame do we want to avoid walking back to U.S. so the wait time is not too long? I heard on weekdays avoid 5-7PM.

lived this too many times as a youngster. Never heard of Sentri tho.

Be sure you have enough time to cross in case of big lines. We waited two hours in the first line and then fifteen minutes in the next. Global entry allows you to bypass the line, but unlike flying, they cannot use only your passport, physical card is required.

Great video. If you have global entry, can you bypass the line all the way to the white tents ? Or You can only bypass after you pass the first check point ( white tents ).

You can bypass all the way until the Sentri lines, however you need to have a physical Global Entry card

Yes the border crossings are open all night. I remember going over from El Paso to Juarez Mexico to drink, lots of college kids from NMSU and UTEP crossing over to party then come back over in the early morning hours.

what are you using to record your videos?? just curious as your shadow doesn't show you holding up a phone or camcorder. I'm guessing it's the kind with the camera in the sunglasses.

You can only use the CBX crossing when you are either going to board a plane within 24 hrs. or are arriving via air.

I did that for the trip I'm on now but the border police especially in the Tijuana airport will hound you about not having your passport but it can be done. It comes down to how they are feeling bc they can be some real assholes but checking in for a flight and boarding will not be a problem

Am I being paranoid or do I just see too many people that don't look like travelers or like they're working and instead just walking around in both sides of the border? I wonder what their business is...also, how much did you pay for your taxi to where it dropped you off? Thanks a lot in advance

In the early 80s we would party in Rosarito and would stop at that Jack in the Box to get food to sop up the alcohol usually about 4 in the morning

I believe they scan....if you’re an American citizen then your ID should be fine! You might go into secondary but you’ll eventually get through

I crossed on Nov 1st Just with my NY license My friend driving had his Cali license. Agent just asked us what we we doing in TJ... We answered "partying" and he waved us through and wished us a good day!!!

All the taxi drivers know where to go when you say 'take me to the border' or 'la linea'. No address necessary.
