You are really amazing at this. The speed is a little too fast for me. Hopefully I'll be able to get it.
Thank you Donna! I’m getting it. I’ll watch it again to understand how you alternate front row and back row…It seems in the back row stitch, your bringing the crochet hook in close to the top…It was hard to see this.
Very nice
Nice
Great video! The thumbs down you got HAVE to be from the other people who have "How to crochet a basket weave stitch" tutorials on youtube. They must not like the competition, Cuz this was excellent! Thank you so much
Thank you
Try this one later thank you thank you
Very nice and easier than I anticipated.. is there a diagonal aspect of this pattern?
On 5he foundation row, when you ch 1 are you skipping one also? Or just adding a ch 1? Nevermind lol I read the written pattern 😉
Hello! You are my first Crochet Teacher. Your easy easy of teaching inspired me to lean crochet. I am trying this design roght now. I made 10 + 8 chains. But at the end of the row I am left with only three chains to work into. Am I missing some information? I also felt like you skipped one chain after first 4 DC ch1 set. I am very confused. Please, guide me what I am doing wrong?
😍😍😍
Hi Naztazia i love your get right to it approach.. I have a question. I've seen many basket weave stitches - but why do you chain 1 after the 4 combo post stitches? Just curious. thank you
@naztazia

Makes it look more like a real basket weave with a smidgen of space in between. Traditional way of doing it with no chain 1 is a bit too tight together (just in my opinion, of course).
Thanks very. Very nice pattern. Can you please provide a video for crochet top

I have SERIOUS ADHD- all I can FOCUS ON is the NAIL POLISH CRAP! DAMMIT! I NEEDED THIS TUTORIAL!
What hook size did you use Donna Ty.
How many stitches would you chain for a blanket? Do you have to chain one when making a blanket?
What size is the hook??
When you chain one, do you skip a chain then too?
감사히 배워갑니다(__)//

It appears that in the foundation row when you chain one you also skip one. Is that correct? And what is the purpose of the chain one?
Where have you been. I've missed you alot
Do you skip a stitch in between the chain one ?
Can we do the Oblong shape with this stitch?
hi. I would like you to suggest me the size hook usage, for which design wat size to use.
@naztazia
6 жыл бұрын
You would use the hook size that is listed on your yarn label. If you have a worsted weight yarn that the label recommends using a size H, you would use the size H hook.
hi...i love this stitch!... but i am wondering when you make your foundation row you say make 4 double crochets chain one and make 4 DC in the 4 stitches, my question is are you skipping a stitch after you chain 1 in the foundation row? thanks for you help!
@Bunnyeto
Жыл бұрын
It looks like she does. I was wondering the same thing and after watching a couple times it looks like she does skip one when she starts double crocheting the next four.

I was wondering the same. Looks like there us a skipped. I undid my original one to do it this way so it doesn't bunch up. This makes sense.
What brand is your yarn?
How many stitches did you chain?
bonjour naztasia i love it .please si posible i would like a model. crochet of jasmin point and thank you le point de jasmin. et merci d avance.

Good Moning............,......
Add covered instruction for first turn onto weave stitch row
How big is this pattern I’m like on the 8th row and it don’t look like it’s going to be wide enough
why do you change one in between each four?
Nice please crochet the baby doll
Is this stitch suitable for men's scarf??
@naztazia
4 жыл бұрын
Most definitely. A lot of the posh magazines show mens scarves using a basket weave texture.
Would someone please explain the foundation row to me
Do you chain one and skip one?
@naztazia
6 жыл бұрын
In the initial first row along the chain, yes.

@@naztazia Thank you for clearing that up, because I kept thinking you were skipping the next stitch after the chain 1, but in the video you never said to "skip the next stitch then put 4 more dc's" love the tutorial, thanks for sharing!!
