Hi there! 👋 I think what the artist did was just duplicate the whole layer with the text and use the “Edit Text” on each layer. Then, select the text in the text box, and choose a different color for each layer. I was confused too but I discovered it by accident and it worked! Hope this helps! And kudos to the artist, this helped me discover a new passion 😊🙏

@@Wildew-sy1xfhi there friend! 👋 I’m not sure if you still needed help with this but it’s the Noise option under the little magic wand menu. The artists seems to have put a noise layer and then placed it over the text layer. Sorry I hope I didn’t make that sound more confusing 😂
