I'm curious about something. I presume there is a monthly or annual subscription fee to use some of the tools included in your business operations. If you systemize your business and sell an online course mentioning those paid tools, won't the course purchaser feel slightly gypped to learn that after buying your course they are expected to pay extra for those tools?

Hey Josh, operation will always accumulate a cost. As a business owner, it’s important to incorporate the cost of goods. However, in many wants these costs can be passed to the client in the form of your process and systems. Also, with web design, the barrier to entry and costs are pretty low. It just takes time to learn the systems you can use to execute. Software just expedites that process.
