  We actually developed a platform called Webleadr where you can find businesses without websites using a world map and filters for example let's say you only want to fetch a maximum of 25 dentists as businesses from somewhere in Manchester.   Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for Creating GPT Bots for Clients Purpose The purpose of this SOP is to standardize the process of creating GPT bots tailored to clients' specific brands, subjects, or personas. These bots are designed to converse and provide information based on a rich knowledge base curated from client-specific content, enhancing brand interaction and content generation. Scope This SOP applies to all team members responsible for creating and managing GPT bots for clients across various industries. The procedure covers the steps from gathering client information to deploying a fully functional GPT bot. Definitions • GPT Bot: A conversational Al model trained on specific content to simulate the voice and knowledge of a brand, subject, or individual. • Knowledge Base: A collection of documents, including books, testimonials, website content, and other relevant materials, used to train the GPT Bot. • Premium Account: A subscription-based account required to access advanced features needed for creating GPT bots. Tools • Chat GPT platform with Premium Account access • Client content (e.g., PDFs of website copy, testimonials, product descriptions) • PDF creation and text verification software Procedure (Steps) 1. Preparation: • Gather all relevant client materials, including website copy, product descriptions, testimonials, and any other content that embodies the client's voice and brand essence. • Convert all content into PDF format, ensuring text is selectable to confirm readability. 2. Creating the Bot: • Log into the Chat GPT platform with a Premium Account. • Navigate to the "Explore GPTs" section and select "Create" to start a new bot project. • Name the bot (e.g. "Credit Academy Bot*) and provide a comprehensive description based on the client's brand and the purpose of the bot. • Upload the prepared PDF documents to the knowledge base section of the bot configuration. Ensure that the document titles are concise and indicative of their content. 3. Configuration and Testing: • Fine-tune the bot's settings, including its voice and response style, to match the client's brand identity. • Conduct thorough testing by asking the bot questions related to the client's brand, products, and services to ensure accurate and relevant responses? 4. Deployment: • Once satisfied with the bot's performance, save the configuration. • Choose the appropriate sharing settings, allowing either public access or restricted use. • Share the bot with the client or integrate it into the client's digital platforms as required. End of Procedure • Responsibility: The team member who created the bot is responsible for its maintenance and updates, ensuring the knowledge base remains relevant and the bot's performance meets client expectations. • Review and Closing Reminder: Regularly review the bot's performance and the client's satisfaction. Update the knowledge base and settings as the client's brand evolves or as new content becomes available. Always document changes and communicate with the client regarding updates.

  Framer AI seems great for single page but I have not been able to figure out how to generate multiple pages off the same prompt, or at the very least, generate more pages that have the same flow and aesthetic as the single page that the AI created

  Regarding AI and web design, it's a valid concern. AI is definitely making waves in many industries, including web design. However, while AI can streamline certain tasks and offer new tools for creativity, the unique insights, understanding, and personal touch that a human designer brings to a project are irreplaceable. AI can assist and augment our work, but the creativity, empathy, and understanding of user needs that you bring to the table are your greatest assets. Stay curious, keep learning, and use AI as a tool to enhance your creativity, not replace it.
