The procedure covers the steps from gathering client information to deploying a fully functional GPT bot. Definitions • GPT Bot: A conversational Al model trained on specific content to simulate the voice and knowledge of a brand, subject, or individual. • Knowledge Base: A collection of documents, including books, testimonials, website content, and other relevant materials, used to train the GPT Bot. • Premium Account: A subscription-based account required to access advanced features needed for creating GPT bots. Tools • Chat GPT platform with Premium Account access • Client content (e.g., PDFs of website copy, testimonials, product descriptions) • PDF creation and text verification software Procedure (Steps) 1. Preparation: • Gather all relevant client materials, including website copy, product descriptions, testimonials, and any other content that embodies the client's voice and brand essence. • Convert all content into PDF format, ensuring text is selectable to confirm readability. 2. Creating the Bot: • Log into the Chat GPT platform with a Premium Account. • Navigate to the "Explore GPTs" section and select "Create" to start a new bot project. • Name the bot (e.g. "Credit Academy Bot*) and provide a comprehensive description based on the client's brand and the purpose of the bot. • Upload the prepared PDF documents to the knowledge base section of the bot configuration.
