How to Create Environments That Bring Out the Best in People

In this week's episode of Cultural Catalysts, Kris Vallotton sat down for a conversation with Bethel School of Supernatural Second Year Program Senior Overseer, Gabe Valenzuela. In their conversation, they discussed how to create cultures and environments that bring out the best in people. In this conversation, Gabe gave incredible examples of how to develop people into all that God has called them to be and create environments that don't limit or restrict people.

Kris Vallotton's down to earth, real and humble approach to ministry is a breath of fresh air. Rarely seen in my 40 years of evangelical church experience.

When it comes to disagreements, I like to think of people having different EMPHASES about truth. Be humble enough to acknowledge the other’s truth in different emphasis.

Excellent! Living in a Christian covenant community of 200 for over 30 years, I can attest that it is "flippin' hard!" but also enriching.

Thank you for these videos! The few that I’ve watched so far have been very impacting. There’s presence, insight & downloads in each video. I haven’t closely followed Bethel in several years. I know it’s mostly been known for revival, but I love the cultural reformation emphasis I’m hearing more. Thank you for advancing the Kingdom.

True ministers are less concerned with bringing out the best in others, and more about bringing forth the Truth within the word of God. Repent.
