Here is what you will need:
Drilled Sea Glass (larger is better!)
18 gauge gold or silver colored wire
Charm of your choice (make sure it has a hole)
Any kind of embellishment to glue on.
Hook for hanging
Tools:
Round nose pliers, wire cutter & flat nose pliers
