    Can one just use a spin bike as an upright bike ?(i.e.) setting a preferred amount of resistance and just pedaling for a set amount of time?Or are spin bikes for following a typical in and out the saddle class instructed workout?

    If you're not used to the seat yet, we recommend checking out gel seats or padded cycling shorts! They can be found at your local bike shop or online at amazon.com

    Hi I wonder if you can help, I have the lifetech upright exercise bike, it’s yellow and black. I don’t know how to use the screen, when I press the button everything is zero, do I need to start a workout for it to show anything? Thanks

    I just got my cycling machine the bit that presses against the wheel to slow it down won't touch the wheel even if I tighten the button up all the way anyone know what's wrong ?

    The flywheel is generally easy to move, but will get harder as you apply resistance. It will feel lighter when the resistance is light, and harder as you turn the resistance up.

    Measures up to his belly button for seat height. Then says u can use your inseam which is about a foot down from belly button

    He said you can use the top of your hip bone, not belly button. Or if you know your inseam you can use that also. To figure it out with your inseam...get on and try pedaling.
