I’ve been trying to get it down for years and just couldn’t wrap my head or hands around it but now after your video I totally understand and now just need to keep practicing. I’m using a head with texture like in the video and it’s a little tricky but I plan on braiding on black hair mostly so I hope that helps a lot like you said. Thank you so so much

Thank you for explaining this so well! I've watched so many videos and yours has been the best one! I used to braid my daughters hair all the time but when she got older she didn't want me braiding it as much and it's like I just forgot how to do it where I can get it tight. This helped a lot!

Can you doing a cornrow braid video on how to do zigzag braids and connecting braids ? something like when you crochet braids and in the front they cross over the braid

I tend to do more of a French braid than cornrow so it's hard for me to wrap my head around how to change my fingers to how you have it so that my braid is on top and not under. You're very comprehensive though, I just can't get it yet. What wig head is this? Thanks.

I like the straight hair mannequin head idea. But what if I practice on a Type 4c hair mannequin head??? Thats the type of hair my daughter has. I planned on getting one of those till I saw this video.

Where can I get this mannequin for practice???

I have a major issue when in comes to my fingering when its time to grab the hair to the middle strand and move on HELP ME!!!!!

I get this but it’s like I’m always braiding with my middle finger lol idk why an I’m right handed I have thick natural 4c hair and would love to try to braid my own hair I’m just going to keep practicing

Hopefully this will help, I've been trying to learn how to cornrow my mixed daughters hair, she's almost 4 now and I would love to braid her hair!
