Carrot stew is magical. Ever since I discovered you can make stew with carrots, my stew game changed LOL. Nowadays i pop in some carrots when I’m blending fresh tomatoes, onions and all the peppers for my stew. On some days, I do more carrots and onions and less tomatoes & peppers. Absolute bliss.🍲🍛

I'm allergic to tomatoes , which is rare enough that I can't find many flavourful dishes that have a proper substitute for it. Thank you soo much 💓

As someone suffering from joint pain and acid reflux, doctor said no tomatoes and onions. I already make mine without tomatoes. I love carrot so willing to try this.

Good to see this here. When tomatoes gets so expensive, I get just two big balls of tomatoes to infuse that tomatoes aroma into it and then my carrots (though cooked in a style to retain the nutrients). I use less Pepper because I'm watching my lectin intake. Great one here and yummy 😋.
