Our relationship with food is important to our Alpha state. We already talked about the importance of a plant-based wholefood diet. We also talked about individual food types, as their own separate species. All with a consciousness, not far removed from our own. How should we acknowledge this and make a good connection with the food eat? Animals are controlled through the use of food. Rewarded for certain behaviours. It's a way people get them to comply. Similarly, governments use this approach with humans. Fast food is essentially a way to control our relationship with food and make this as dark as possible. We can quickly become hooked to our favourite eateries and we use them as our own reward mechanism. A meal is a reaffirmation of our existence and is usually prepared by someone we love, either ourselves or our family. However, when we no longer care about this food and instead crave fast food, all this connection is lost. Take care then when you eat. Your food becomes who you are, in this sense, you are the food you eat. You deserve the food on the basis you will put it to good use. That is true gratitude. So to recap, eat entirely wholefoods plant-based foods, love your food as an individual species, and break your addiction to fast foods. Be grateful to God for how food sustinates you, and put it to good use in your thoughts and behaviours, helping animals, people and saving the environment.
