Happy Happy New Year!! Thank you for this video, I learned a new way to cook my pak choi. Before I used to cook everything together, now I will cook the stalks first. Yum, Love pak choi.
Just what I needed! I'm vegetarian and Trini, so I been getting into my roots to find good tasty vegan food. This recipe reminds me of my grandmothers cooking, I can't WAIT to give this a try.
My personal requests are REAL TRINI CREOLE tasting Red Beans, Lentils, Black Eyed and Pigeon Peas recipes please. Too many youtube cooks use Maggi cubes and flavour enhancers and I want a true Sunday lunch style peas recipe that doesnt go overboard on additives. Can't wait to see your recipes for those. Love your channel! ♡☆

I made this dish today, this was really good with an Indian style paratha. The only change I made was using red onions instead of yellow onion. This made the dish a tiny bit more sweet (once the onions were caramelized). Thank you very much for sharing this.

You don’t HEAT olive oil
OH ...... HOW I LOVE THIS❤️❤️❤️❤️. BUT WITH LOTS LOTS AND LOTS OF SCOTCH BONNETS . I HAVE TO REMOVE A SMALLER PORTION FOR MY WIFE ..... SHE CANNOT COOK ......... OR WORSE - does not eat hot peppers !!!! DONT FEEL SORRY FOR ME.... SHE GOES A 50mls round trip to buy my chillies🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
