I tried making it but it's not completely cooked. I used the foil paper. Cooked it for 1 hrs plus

It depends on the quantity you scooped in the foil but one hour plus should be enough to cook an average-sized moimoi. Hope you let it cool down before trying to eat it because very hot moi moi straight from the pot might look like it's not done.
